Hello.
I’m Laura Guerrero-Salgado, a parent, community advocate, and your Bakersfield City School District Board Member for Area 4. Since joining the Board in 2020, I have worked to keep students and families at the center of every decision while protecting taxpayer dollars and strengthening opportunities across our schools.
It has been an honor to serve our community, and will continue to fight for higher academic achievement, provide fiscal accountability for every taxpayer dollar, and keep classroom needs at the center of every decision.
